These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Olivier Dancause, operating under the trade name Eldryn (the “Seller”), with consumers and non-professional buyers (the “Customer(s)”), wishing to purchase products offered for sale on the website:

While the Seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, product images may differ slightly from actual products due to manufacturing variations, lighting, or screen display differences.

The Seller shall not be liable for incorrect product selection made by the Customer.

All Products are offered subject to availability.
If a Product becomes unavailable after an order is confirmed, the Seller will notify the Customer as soon as reasonably possible and may offer:

Article 5 – Orders
5.1 Order placement
Orders are placed through the website checkout system.
Before completing payment, Customers can review:

Orders are considered final once payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation email is issued.
5.2 Order verification
The Seller reserves the right to request additional verification in cases of suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or billing inconsistencies.
5.3 Order refusal or cancellation

Force majeure events
Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.
Risk transfers when the Customer receives the Product.
Article 9 – Returns and refund policy
Under Québec Consumer Protection law, refunds for non-defective products are not mandatory. However, Eldryn voluntarily offers the following policy:
Return Window: 14 days after delivery
Conditions:
Product must be unused
Product must be in original packaging
Proof of purchase required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the Product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.
Article 10 – Legal warranty (Québec Consumer Protection Act)
All Products benefit automatically from legal warranties including:
Warranty of normal use
Warranty of reasonable durability
Warranty against hidden defects
If a Product is defective, the Customer may request:
Repair
Replacement
Refund
Article 11 – Limitation of liability

Normal wear and tear
External damage
Seller liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

Unresolved disputes fall under Québec courts jurisdiction.
