Order processing time
All Eldryn products are offered on a pre-order basis.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing includes payment verification, order confirmation, and preparation for production and shipment.
Customers will receive:

A shipping confirmation email including a tracking number once the order has shipped
Shipping destination
Eldryn currently ships within Canada only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Estimated delivery timeframe
All Eldryn products are manufactured and shipped after an order is placed.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
From time to time, Eldryn may offer promotional free shipping. When applicable, free shipping will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, and logistics requirements.
Order tracking
All shipped orders include a tracking number.
Tracking information will be sent via email once the order has been shipped.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the carrier.
Shipping delays
Eldryn is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carrier issues, logistics disruptions, weather conditions, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Eldryn is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
