Return eligibility
From the date of delivery, customers have:
10 days to report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
14 days to request a return or exchange for a new, unused item
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused and in original condition
Be returned with original packaging, accessories, and documentation
Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request:
A replacement item
An exchange
A full refund
Proof of damage (photos or videos) may be required.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
The item is defective
The item was damaged during shipping
The wrong item was shipped
Failed Delivery or unclaimed parcels
If a package is returned to us due to:
Failed delivery attempts
Customer absence
Parcel not collected from pickup location
Customers may choose between:
Reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply)
Refund (original shipping cost may be deducted)
Refund processing time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:
7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
